‘’We were alerted by the TrailerMaster system that a tyre pressure sensor had detected a sudden loss of pressure on a trailer rented to one of our customers. By logging into the system we were able to track the trailer heading back to our customers yard. We were then able to send a fitter to site to meet the trailer who upon inspection found a nail in the tread of the tyre and carried out a simple puncture repair”.
